PURPOSE: To insure opening and closing action of a bilge door, by providing a flat door having conical surfaces at the lower portion of cylindrical holds of a vessel that accomodate the waste to dispose, and by opening and closing the door by pulling up or down a tention rod with wire.
CONSTITUTION: Several cylindrical holds 3 provided in a vessel are equipped at their lower opening with bilge doors of flat construction 3 which can be opened or closed freely. Faying surfaces of the lower openings and bilge doors are conical as 11 and 12 and they are combined with a water-tight gasket. The bilge door is provided with a tention rod 14 which is opened or closed by action of winding up and winding out of a wire 16. After the close of the bilge door 3, a trigger 23 locks the tention bar 14.
