Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the generation of bad affection to food stuffs or cracks and eliminate troubles to a wide range temperature atmosphere or exposure against microwaves by a method wherein the surface of an aluminum plate, applied integrally with the inner surface of a vessel consisting of a specified resin containing polyphenylene sulfide, is coated by a ceramic layer.
SOLUTION: A tray for in-flight meal is made by a method wherein the vessel form 3 of aluminum plate, molded so as to have an insufficient size, is bonded by pressure to the inner surface of a resin vessel 2, consisting of molded polyphenylene sulfide(PPS), polyether sulfon or polyether imide and is integrated. The PPS and the like are provided with a very strong adhesive force to aluminum and the thermal expansion coefficient of both materials are the same such as 2.1-2.3 whereby integration can be retained without being separated within a wide temperature range while a ceramic layer 4 is applied on the inner surface of such a vessel body through baking. The aluminum plate vessel form 3 is preferable to be buried between the resin and the ceramic layer perfectly so as to be a core member.
