CONSTITUTION: 80W95wt% styrene-isoprene copolymer is incorporated with 20W 5wt% vinyl chloride resin ingredient to give the titled sheet having a surface tack No. of 3W8 in ball tack, the so-called ball tack number of the maximum steel ball diameter of 32 steel balls having a diameter of 1/32W32/32 inches rolled from an approach run distance of 10cm and stopped on a test material fixed on a slope as at an inclination angle of 15° expressed as NO.1W32 by the numerator of 1/32W32/32 inches, and an impact resilience of 25% or more.
