To provide a dust collecting device in a sawing machine which efficiently and easily collects dust and chips generated when cutting a working material mounted on a table of the sawing machine with a blade of a saw blade, and easily discharges the collected dust and chips.
A duct cover 4 having an opening part 41 is provided in a lower direction of a center hole 151 of the table 15 of the sawing machine. Dust is collected by the dust collecting device in the sawing machine for collecting dust and chips generated when cutting a material workpiece to with the saw blade in the duct cover 4. By further providing a through hole around the center hole 151 of the table 15, the efficiency is further enhanced. Dust and chips are easily discharged by an intake device communicated with the duct cover 4.
