Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent dust from scattering around in an elevator turning type continuous unloader.
CONSTITUTION: A fixed outer cylinder 2 and an inner cylinder 4 connected to the former via a blocking plate 3 both are locked to the upper part of a bulk material conveying bycket elevator in a continuous unloader, while a tuning outer cylinder 5 is attached to this fixed outer cylinder 2 free of turning motion in a sealed state, and a suction hood installed a bulk material scooping part in this bucket elevator 1 and an inner part of the fixed outer cylinder 2 are connected to each other via a turning duct pipeline 7 at the elevator side, thereby connecting the inner part of the fixed outer cylinder 2 to a duct collector via a fixed duct pipeline 9, and a hydraulic piping rotary joint 10 is installed in the inner cylinder.
