Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a dust collecting filter where filter elements are not required to be taken in and out of a housing one by one for replacement and which is made smaller in size and light in weight and has small pressure loss and is inexpensive.
CONSTITUTION: A housing 1 has a fitting part for an air feeding part 3 for dust contg. air (a) and a fitting part for an air discharge part 4 for filtered air (b) at one end and at the other end respectively. The housing 1 is divided into a lot of dust contg. air passages 7 and a lot of filtered air passages 8 by fiber filter elements 2 joined to the housing 1 and having independency. And the dust contg. air passages 7 are opened and the filtered air passages 8 are closed on the dust contg. air (a) feeding part 3 side, and the dust contg. air passages 7 are closed and the filtered air passages 8 are opened on the filtered air (b) discharge part 4 side to form a dust collecting filter.
