Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance the efficiency of treating an oil-containing gas or the like by sucking the gas efficiently while its concentration is high.
CONSTITUTION: By adjusting the opening area or thickness of a first filter 1, the fluid suction faces of the first filter are given a pressure loss gradient in a manner wherein the pressure loss of the fluid is gradually decreased toward the lower part of the filter near the source of rising oil-containing gas G. A second filter 2 having no pressure loss gradient on its fluid suction faces may also be provided outside the first filter. By this structure, before dispersing the oil-containing gas G rising from its source, the gas is efficiently absorbed by mainly the lower part of the filter, without unnecessary air in a room being excessively sucked.
