Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collector provided with the fire preventing function contrived to prevent ignition by subjecting the hot particles centrifuged by a preliminary dust separator, large in mass and having high heat energy to endothermic treatment to dissipate high heat energy before recovering the particles to a dust bucket and discharging the particles to the dust bucket as low energy particles.
SOLUTION: In the inside of a separator 10 connected to the dust collector 1, a separation cylinder 12 for centrifuging the hot particles sucked from an inlet 11 by turning, main revolving rollers 20 and 20' which expands area by crushing and rolling the separated hot particles and absorbs heat and an auxiliary revolving rollers 21 and 21' are provided.
