In a data base 14, measurement data R in previous measurement at least is stored with relation to the discrimination data C. A signal processing part 13 receives the measurement data R and the discrimination data C. The signal processing part 13 reads the previous measuring data R of the dust-free garment 2 from the data base 14 based on the received discrimination data C, and determines a difference (an increment) between the current measurement data R and the previous measurement data R. The signal processing part 13 collects the difference with a specified determination reference, and executes determination of cleanliness of the dust-free garment 2.
