Abstract:
To provide a dust generation speed estimation device that can continuously operate, has a small maintenance burden, and can estimate a dust generation speed with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A dust generation speed estimation device comprises: a spectral luminance acquisition unit that sets a plurality of optical paths including a combustion flame generated in an opening of a refining furnace and having different lengths, and for each of the optical paths, acquires spectral luminance of a radiation spectrum at a target wavelength in the optical path; a combustion flame temperature estimation unit that estimates a temperature of the combustion flame; a black body radiation luminance operation unit that calculates black body radiation luminance at the estimated temperature of the combustion flame; a spectral emissivity operation unit that calculates spectral emissivity from a ratio between the spectral luminance and the black body radiation luminance; a spectral emissivity ratio operation unit that calculates a spectral emissivity ratio that is a ratio between two spectral emissivity ratios; and a dust generation speed estimation unit that, on the basis of a relational expression determined in advance, estimates a generation speed of dust.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
