Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent any trouble from being produced owing to penetration of foreign matter and mount an external device detachably with a simplified operation by a single hand, by providing a rotatable dust-proof cover, a mounting part covered with the dust-proof cover, activator means for activating the dust-proof such that the mounting part is covered with the dust-proof cover, and a protrusion for slantingly holding the dust-proof cover. CONSTITUTION:The title dust-proof cover includes a rotatable dust-proof cover 1, a mounting part 4 for an extension electronic circuit 5, which part is covered with the dust-proof cover 1, activator means 2 for activating the dust-proof cover 1 such that the mounting part 4 is covered with the dust-proof cover 1, and a protrusion provided on the mounting part 4 for slantingly holding the dust-proof cover 1. For example, in a situation where a back 5 is not inserted, the cover 1 is driven by a spring 2 in a direction of its being closed at all times, and by providing a rising part on a casing 1 is kept slanting. Upon mounting the back 5, the back 5 is free to be opened from its state shown by a broken line. Further, when the cover 1 is opened, any foreign matter 7 such as dust which is accumulated on the cover 3 during the closed state is dropped to the outside without falling into a device body.
