This dust-proof food for clean rooms has at least a head cover part 2, an opening part 3 for the eyes, and a mouth mask part 4; a material consisting the mouth mask part has at least double structures which are formed by downward folding nose-side top parts 6 formed into a crest shape, below the both eye parts of the opening part for the eyes; and a nose-placing cut part 7 is formed at least between the double structure parts below the both eye parts.
