Abstract:
To provide a dust-proof structure for a rotary operation part of which the user friendliness is improved and the reliability in long-term use is improved by preventing, in simple structure, generation of a clearance caused by position variation of a rotary shaft.SOLUTION: A dust-proof structure 100 for a rotary operation part comprises: the rotary operation part in which a rotary shaft 31 inserted through an insertion hole 21d for variable resistor formed in a case 2 accommodating a substrate 1 is provided and which is mounted on the substrate 1; a knob 4 which is disposed outside of the case 2 and fitted to the rotary shaft 31 and rotates the rotary shaft 31 synchronously with rotation in a case where rotary operation is performed; and a synthetic resin dust-proof cover 5 disposed between the case 2 and the knob 4 coaxially with the rotary shaft 31. In the dust-proof cover 5, the rotary shaft 31 fitted to the knob 4 is inserted through an insertion hole for rotary shaft, one end side is in surface-contact with a surface of the case 2 without a clearance in an annular shape, and the other end side is in surface-contact with the knob 4 without a clearance in an annular shape There is a clearance 6a in a gap with a bearing part 33 in a vertical direction, and there is a clearance 6c between the rotary shaft 31 and the knob 4 in the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
