To provide a dust raising suppressing chute device capable of executing maintenance with a simple constitution at low cost, and casting powder and granular material in a short time while suppressing dust raising.
The dust raising suppressing chute device includes an introduction cylindrical part consisting of a cylindrical body provided with a flow passage including a reception port of powder and granular material on the inner side with its upper end being fixed to a device body, and longitudinally supported, and provided with a part of the flow passage including the reception port of powder and granular material on the inner side, and a double cylindrical part connected to a lower part of the introduction cylindrical part. A non-continuous part to allow the powder and granular material introduced from the reception port to flow down in the flow passage of an inner cylinder in a conduit non-open state is formed in the introduction cylindrical part. There is provided a suction opening which is simultaneously communicated with a spacing part between the inner and outer cylinders of the double cylindrical part, the flow passage of the inner cylinder and the reception port of powder and granular material via the non-continuous part, and connected to a negative pressure driving means. Powder and granular material which does not form any dust scattering in a stripe shape is cast while executing the work of casting powder and granular material from the position above a floor surface.
