PURPOSE: To take out removed dust easily and rapidly by supporting an iron netting cage installed below a fouled water inflow pipe using a frame for the iron netting cage and moving the cage toward an area below a manhole by rotation of an arm.
CONSTITUTION: In a pit 1 where a deaerator is installed, an arm 10 is provided so that it moves between an area below a fouled water inflow pipe 2 and an area below a manhole 4 provided near the former. Then a frame 12 for an iron netting cage is mounted on a part for mounting the cage at the lower end of the arm 10. An iron netting cage 11 is installed on the frame 12 in freely detachable manner, and removed dust in fouled water flowing into each cage is discarded. That is, it is possible to take out the dust by lifting up the cage from the manhole using the frame. As the dust is discarded from each cage, an operator need not enter the pit or cage and therefore, can take out the removed dust easily and rapidly.
