Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, since a transfer conveyor is formed in a plane shape, air can be blown only from the above side and, when air is blown, a molding is moved by force of the blown air.
SOLUTION: A dust removing apparatus is constituted so as to stably support the molding by holding it between the upper surface of a second transfer conveyor and the lower surface of a support side transfer conveyor when removing dust, such as trim scraps, stuck to the molding by air blown from an air blow member. By applying transfer conveyors having an almost circular cross section to the second transfer conveyor and the support side transfer conveyor, the transfer conveyors are brought into almost line contact with the molding, which prevents the air blown from the air blow member from being blocked off by the transfer conveyors, and enables efficient air blowing to the lower and upper surfaces of the molding.
