Abstract:
To provide a dwelling house with a refuge box never ruptured in the event of an earthquake or the like.
An earthquake-resisting wall 2 is fixed to a foundation 1 by anchor bolts 4. Other five surfaces are assembled by use of earthquake-resisting walls 2 while opening the front, an earthquake-resisting plate 3 for reinforcement is provided on the opened front, and additional columns 5 are provided as occasion demands to assemble a refuge box having box-shaped wall surfaces. When a building is constructed, this box is provided in a place where an emergency refuge can be easily performed.
