PURPOSE: To fully utilize the space of a house.
CONSTITUTION: A 'TATAMI' floor surface member 2 is positioned, keeping a specific interval over a foundation bottom plate 1, and a unit body 4 is formed by joining these members by a door sill member 3, and the underfloor accommodation unit 9-12 are installed at a part of the space between the foundation bottom plate 1 and the 'TATAMI' floor surface member 2, and air-conditioner units 6-8 are installed at a part of the others. The air-conditioner air ports 16-18 which are connected with the air-conditioner units and perform air conditioning for the upper part of the 'TATAMI' floor surface member 2 and the contiguous room are formed on the door sill member 3. With this constitution, also the air conditioning for the room contiguous to the dwelling unit body can be carried out in a simple manner, and in particular, if the dwelling unit body is installed at the innermost part of a multiple dwelling house such as condominium, the remarkable effect can be expected. Further, since the underfloor accommodation units and aircondition units are incorporated, the floor surface can be widely-utilized effectively, and can be used in an optimum form for a narrow house. Further, the maintenance for the air-conditioner unit can be facilitated.
