Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent hammering noise at a low cost and reduce the noise.
CONSTITUTION: The hydraulic device of a hydraulic punch press 1 is provided with an oil tank 65, hydraulic cylinder 40, Hydraulic pump 52, servo valve 44, return line 64 and air breather line 62. By the hydraulic cylinder 40, a punch head 41 for a punch work is driven. By the hydraulic pump 52, oil in the oil tank 65 is discharged under a high pressure. By the servo valve 44, a pressurized oil from the hydraulic pump 52 is switched and supplied to the hydraulic cylinder 40. The air breather line 62 is opened to atmosphere at one end and connected to the return line 64 at the other end.
