Abstract:

PURPOSE: To perform the sewing of splashed pattern cloth in contractive nobel thread, by setting the ratio of width to circumferential length of the cloth in contractive raw thread on a cloth making machine to 1:4W14 and the ratio of traversing amplitude to thread width on the machine to 1:1 further arranging weight of the cloth to not less than 500g and not more than 3,000g.

CONSTITUTION: There are set the ratio of splashed pattern cloth width to circumferential length to 1:4W14 and the ratio of traversing amplitude to thread width to 1:1 in contractive balky raw thread of acrylic fiber spun thread or the like on a cloth machine, further with weight of the cloth to at least 500g and to at most 3,000g. Double twister is applied in double thread work in recent years, in this way those processed with double thread work can be manufactured to 3,000g without double thread binding, and if applied as one splashed pattern, the splashed pattern cloth can be obtained without double thread binding, thus a disadvantageous binding problem can be quite eliminated at the forming time. While the weight is increased as compared with the present splashed pattern cloth with the standard weight of 100g per one splashed pattern, thus productivity in the splash pattern process can be improved.
