Abstract:

PURPOSE: To regulate a pre-load in an adequate value by providing an extension member for regulating pre-load to at least one side of a track rail or a sliding board.
CONSTITUTION: At least on one side either a track rail 1 or a sliding board 3, an extension member 102 for regulating pro-load which can regulate the interval between opposing rolling element running grooves on which a rolling element is placed is provided, and by extending and contracting the extension member 102, the pre-load is regulated. That is, when a low friction in the running time and the like is required, the pre-load is reduced so as to move lightly, and when a set time in the positioning stopping time is required to reduce, the pre-load is increased so as to increase a damping property. Not only in the running or the stopping time, of course, but also when a variable load is applied in a running condition or the stopping condition, the pre-load is increased so as to increase the dynamic rigidity, and the displacement amplitude is reduced.
