To provide a dynamic characteristic measuring instrument capable of measuring a dynamic characteristic of a vibration control rubber in a high-frequency area, by exciting the vibration control rubber at a high-frequency of about 5 kHz higher than 1.5 kHz in conventional one while applying a fixed load onto the vibration control rubber.
In this dynamic characteristic measuring instrument 10, the vibration control rubber 45 is mounted on an upper face of the second support member 31, a cylinder 34 is driven to apply the fixed load onto the vibration control rubber 45 via the second support member 31. An exciting device 41 is elevated to connect a connecting rod 42 to a connecting rod 32 attached to an attaching face 31c of the second support member 31. The vibration having the high-frequency of about 5 kHz higher than 1.5 kHz in the conventional one is generated from the exciting device 41 to excite the vibration control rubber 45. An excitation displacement (or acceleration) of the vibration control rubber 45 due to the excitation is detected by a displacement gage (or acceleration meter) 31d, and vibration transmission force therein is detected by a load cell 27 to obtain the dynamic characteristic of the vibration control rubber 45.
