PURPOSE: To obtain a dynamic data registering device in a menu which can automatically register a new value as a value candidate of the menu, and rearranges (sorts) the value candidates of the menu arranged already in the decreasing order of their utilization frequencies and displays them in the menu.

CONSTITUTION: This registering device consists of a menu table 4 which holds the value candidates of the menu and the utilization frequency histories of the respective value candidates, a menu table registering device 3 which automatically registers the newly unregistered value in the menu table 4, and a menu table sorting device 5 which updates and controls the utilizations frequency histories of the value candidates of the menu and sorts them in the decreasing order of the utilization frequencies for reflecting the sorting result on the menu. Therefore, the need for registering the value candidate of the menu again is eliminated and a user can select a value having high utilization frequency in the menu more easily.
