Abstract:
To attain simplification and efficiency improvement of processing by exclusively utilizing tools to one region although HEVC is adaptable to tiling, wave front parallel processing and slicing.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a dynamic image decoding device for decoding encoded data of a tile group consisting of one or more segments obtained by dividing a picture into one or more rectangular regions. The dynamic image decoding device comprises a header decoding unit for decoding from a tile group header the number of tiles in a target tile group indicating the segment in the target tile group is a rectangular tile, a CTU line or a slice, a WPP valid flag and a slice valid flag. The header decoding unit performs the decoding only in any one of cases where the number of tiles is two or more, the WPP valid flag is 1 and the slice valid flag is 1, within one tile group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
