Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamics ball for solving problems in which all original physical actions are made by systemic each region for interlocking a whole body throughout using kinematic chain while generating dynamic moment such as strength and magnitude mingled therein to thereby complete the single motion, however it is necessary to recognize and learn interlocking with the whole body for finishing the single motion into more stable, rigid and compliant single motion while controlling each internal regional dynamic moment to make the whole body form an axis involuntarily.SOLUTION: A dynamics ball includes a sphere 2 having elasticity, and two fixing parts 3 integrally provided with the sphere 2 on the surface of the sphere 2 and fixing a hand so as to press down a palm on the surface of the sphere 2.
