Abstract:
To provide a light-weight personal vaporizer that can control a vaporizing speed by actively controlling a flow rate of liquid, and solve a problem of leakage.SOLUTION: A personal vaporizer 100 includes: a vaporizing chamber 130 inside a body; a heating element 160 disposed in the vaporizing chamber; an air flow passage from an air inlet in a case wall to the vaporizing chamber; a vaporizing/mixing flow passage from the vaporizing chamber to an outlet port; a liquid reservoir 140; and an arrangement for transportation for transporting vaporizable liquid 142 from the liquid reservoir to the vaporizing chamber. The arrangement for transporting liquid includes a liquid flow duct extending from a reservoir outlet port 144 and a piezoelectric pump 154. The piezoelectric pump is functionally connected to the liquid flow duct for drawing the liquid to the inside of the vaporizing chamber from the reservoir through the liquid flor duct, and through a nozzle so that the liquid from the nozzle 153 is heated by a vaporizing heating surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
