Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EPDM rubber composition for a weather strip sponge, which is effective for the material of the weather strip sponge of an automobile by the effect of improvement of the compression set rate and by solving a persistent discoloration problem of the EPDM rubber.SOLUTION: In an ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EPDM) rubber composition according to the present invention, a Mooney viscosity (MLat 125°C) value is 90 or more, a content of 5-ethylidene-2-norbornene (ENB) is 9 wt% or more, and free sulfur and 1,6-bis(N,N-dibenzylthiocarbamoyldithio)-hexane (BDBzTH) are included.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
