To obtain an ear endoscope system which is free from entanglement of a flexible cable for an imaging fiber and a flexible cable for a light guide fiber and needs no space to place a TV imaging device connected with a connecting part of an imaging device.

A single flexible cable where the imaging fiber and light guide fiber are penetrated is coupled to an operational part with an insertion part into the ears. A connecting unit which has the connecting part of the imaging device provided at the rear end part of the imaging fiber and a connecting part for a light source device provided at the rear end part of the light guide fiber is provided at the rear end part of the flexible cable.
