Abstract:
To provide an earth leakage breaker that increases the possibility of detecting an electric leakage, and a charging cable having the earth leakage breaker.SOLUTION: An AC current path 12 passes through a zero-phase current transformer 15. A detection circuit 20 generates a signal at the time of leakage from an output signal of the zero-phase current transformer 15. A relay L is provided on an AC circuit 12. A microcomputer 30 counts an output signal S1 of the detection circuit 20, and outputs a first relay control signal S2 on the basis of the counted number. A counter circuit 40 counts the output signal S1 of the detection circuit 20, and outputs a second relay control signal S4 on the basis of the counted number. A relay control circuit 14 cuts off the relay according to the first relay control signal and the second relay control signal. The microcomputer 30 includes a circuit for transmitting a counter clear signal to the counter circuit 40. The counter circuit 40 clears the counted number when the counter clear signal is input.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
