Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply nourishment to plants vegetating on a slope over a long period of time to attain seeding and planting of the slope and prevention of sediment outflow and to prevent sediment outflow because a reinforcing frame remains after timber rots.
SOLUTION: A log material 2 of a thinning material cut in a requested length is provided with a through hole 3 axially bored and opened to both end faces. A connecting rod 4 formed of bar steel is loosely inserted in the through hole 3, and both end sides of the connecting rod 4 are formed as external screw parts 4A, 4A. The log material 2 has a fertilizer filling space 6 formed between the through hole 3 and the connecting rod 4. The fertilizer filling space 6 is filled with a delayed effect type fertilizer 8. The fertilizer 8 is sealed by closing each opening of the through hole 3 with a cover plate 7 fitted to the connecting rod 4 and fastened with a nut 5. A slope earth retaining frame body is constituted by connecting a plurality of connecting rods 4 in cross shape and right-angled shape to an annular connecting metal fitting.
