Abstract:

To prevent accidents that the moisture of a kaolin layer evaporates at once and a glaze layer blows away at the time of rapidly heating a dish by an induction heating cooker in an empty state without putting water in when the moisture which has intruded from a glaze surface infiltrates the kaolin layer of the dish and the kaolin layer contains the moisture, in an earthenware dish used in the induction heating cooker.

In order to prevent the moisture which intrudes from the glaze surface of the earthenware dish from infiltrating the kaolin layer, a silicon resin, a ceramic coat or an inorganic filler or the like is applied to and infiltrated in the kaolin layer at the bottom of the earthenware dish beforehand.
