To provide an earthquake alarm in compact and simple configuration for issuing an alarm when an earthquake occurs.

This earthquake alarm is provided with an earthquake sensor 3 arranged in a case 1 for outputting an earthquake detecting signal by detecting the shaking of earthquake, alarm lamp 6 attached to the case, speaker 5 arranged in the case 1, controller 4 for issuing the alarm by operating the alarm lamp 6 and the speaker 5 when the earthquake detecting signal showing shaking higher than prescribed seismic intensity is outputted from the earthquake sensor, and battery 2 arranged in the case for supplying power to the earthquake sensor and the controller or the like. When the earthquake occurs, the earthquake sensor detects that earthquake and outputs the effective earthquake detecting signal to the controller 4. When the effective earthquake detecting signal is inputted, the controller immediately issues the alarm tone from the speaker 5 and flickers the alarm amp 6.
