Abstract:
To provide an earthquake refuge desk which not only allows evacuees to quickly, safely, and securely evacuate without the evacuees colliding with legs or delaying the evacuation but also can effectively protect the evacuees against an earthquake.
The earthquake refuge desk for schoolchildren and pupils includes a top plate and right and left legs. In one of the right and left legs, a vacant space allowing passage in the form of forward stoop, is formed by retracting a forward end face of a chair side to the front side, while in the other of the right and left legs, a plurality of legs are positioned separate in the front-rear direction.
