Two shaft insertion parts 5 are disposed to be spaced apart in the base end of the setting surface side coupling part 3. The tubular shaft insertion parts 5 are integrally formed in the setting surface side coupling part 3. A shaft insertion part 13 is disposed in the base end of the fixed object side coupling part 11. The tubular shaft insertion part 13 is integrally formed at the fixed object side coupling part 11. A coupling shaft 21 is inserted into the shaft insertion part 5, the shaft insertion part 13 and the shaft insertion part 5. The setting surface side coupling part 3 and the fixed object side coupling part 11 are turnably coupled with each other via the shaft insertion parts 5, the shaft insertion part 13 and the coupling shaft 21. An adhesive mat 31 is fixed to the lower surface of the setting surface side coupling part 3, and an adhesive mat 33 is fixed to the left surface of the fixed object side coupling part 11.
