An inventive earthquake-resisting hinge 1 comprises: a first blade member 4 fixed to one of a door frame and a door; a second blade member 5 fixed to the other of the door frame and the door; a shaft member 6 for connecting the second blade member 5 to the first blade member 4 so as to be horizontally rotatable and vertically movable; and a spring member 7 forming a clearance X in a vertical direction between the first blade member 4 and the second blade member 5 by a resilient force. The shaft member 6 is provided so as to be vertically movable with respect to the first blade member 4.
