To improve an earthquake resisting strength when no earthquake reinforcement is applied on a column by a method wherein integral formation is effected by the wall of a building and anchor bolts and a space between steel plates arranged approximately in parallel is filled with concrete or mortar.
An anchor bolt 2 is securely hooked at a hook plate 6 fixed on a wall 1 by right and left anchors 5 and fixed in a state to protruded at right angles. A first through-hole 6a in which the anchor bolt 2 is inserted and a second through-hole 6b in which the chemical anchor 5 is inserted are formed in the central part of the hook plate 6. Two sides 3a in a horizontal direction of the steel plate 3 are bent in a crank-form state to overlap each other, and a through-hole through which the anchor bolt 2 is inserted is formed in the steel plate. The gap (g) between the wall 1 and the steel plate 3 is filled with non-shrinkage mortar 4. This constitution reinforces the strength of the wall 1 to couple together columns by the steel plate 3 and the mortar 4, resulting in improvement of the earthquake-resisting strength of a building.
