PURPOSE: To obtain an easily tearable film with a good transparency and folding property by forming it with a composition containing a polyalkyleneterephthalate, a styrene polymer, and a polyether containing a repeating unit represented by a specific formula.

CONSTITUTION: This film is formed with a resin composition containing a polyalkyleneterephthalate, a styrene polymer, and a polyether containing a repeating unit represented by a formula I [X denotes a group represented by an alkylene group permitted to have a cycloalkylene group therein, a cycloalkylene group, an allylene group and a polyoxyalkylene group, or the formula II (Ra, Rb are each an allylen group, A is an alkylene group, a cycloalkylene group, an oxygen atom, a sulfer atom, a sulfinyl group, a sulfonyl group, a carbonly group, or 1,4-phenylenedisulfinyl group), Y is an alkylene group having one hydroxyl group, (n) is a natural number, (p) is two or more integer numbers and (p) is a repeating unit, wherein X, Y, (n) may be the same or different from each other (n) is a repeating unit and may be the same or different in respective repeating unit).
