To provide an easily unsealable packaging bag which can be simply cut off and unsealed along a cut line on the wall face of the packaging bag by releasing a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, and is excellent in gas barrier properties.

The easily unsealable packaging bag is a bag with a flexible wall face composed of a laminated body having a substrate layer, an aluminum foil layer and a heat adhesive resin layer, and has a constitution wherein the cut line for unsealing penetrating through only the substrate layer of the laminated body and having a specified shape is formed, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape with a tab part is stuck on the wall face of the bag from the external face so as to cover at least a part of the cut line.
