Abstract:

To provide a poultry carcass head/leg direction determination device capable of reducing a suspension work load in suspension of a poultry carcass by an operator.SOLUTION: A head/leg direction determination device 105 comprises: a stocker holder 13 for holding a carcass T and discharging the carcass T so that a trunk of the carcass T is in a constant direction; a camera for detecting directions of a head side and a leg side of the carcass T held by the stocker holder 13; a distribution control part 11 for distributing a discharge direction of the carcass T from the stocker holder 13 on the basis of the detection result of the camera; and a discharge part 14 for discharging the carcass T from the stocker holder 13 on the basis of the distribution result of the distribution control part 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
