Abstract:
To prevent eating tools from having spots after cleaning and drying without limitation in cleaning method, but only limitation in drying.SOLUTION: A cylindrical mesh cage 101 is prepared, which has a peripheral mesh surface for storing eating tools, such as knives, forks, spoons and chopsticks, and on which a rod 107 to be a rib protrudes along the axial direction at inner peripheral side. The cage 101 in which washed eating tools have been stored is placed on a pair of rotatable rollers 20 in which at least one of them may be rotated. Under a state where the rollers 20 are driven and rotated and the cage 101 is also rotated depending on the rotation of the rollers, hot air is blown by a blower 27 from outside of the cage 101 toward a region A where the assembled eating tools are to be dis assembled due to releasing from support by the rod 107.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
