To provide an eaves gutter structure equipped with solar cell panels, which simplifies wiring work for supplying electricity, and facilitates mounting work of the entire solar cell panels.

The eaves gutter structure is formed of an eaves gutter 1 having an upper opening, a flat eaves gutter cover 2 arranged over the upper opening so as to cover the same, and the solar cell panel 3, wherein the solar cell panel 3 is mounted on the eaves gutter cover 2 so as to cover a predetermined upper surface of the same. The structure is comprised of a module box 8 having a built in functional module, for carrying out a predetermined function upon reception of electricity from the solar cell panel 3, and the module box 8 is arranged such that at least part of the module box 8 is placed in a space defined by the eaves gutter 1 and a fascia board 6 of a skeleton. Accordingly, wiring work is simplified and the appearance of the eaves gutter structure is not marred because wires are arranged between the eaves gutter 1 and the fascia board 6 without being exposed to the outside. Further, predetermined functions imparted to the functional module is exerted without supply of electricity from the outside.
