Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an air conditioning sanity equipment piping hose which freely follows up horizontal displacement by setting molding angle of fiber codes in respect to a pipe axis, larger than a balance angle of the hose at both ends of the hose and smaller than the balance angle at its center.
SOLUTION: An eccentric hose 1 has a cylindrical barrel composed of inner and outer surface rubber layers 2, 3, provided with a center portion B with a small diameter and containing a rubber coated fiber reinforced layer 4 which is laminated at the sectionally center portion with a mold angle smaller than a balance angle of the hose in respect to a pipe axis, and both ends A, C each having a large diameter and containing the rubber coated fiber reinforced layer 4 with an angle larger than the balance angle of the hose. An end ring 7 and a flange 8 are integrally connected with both the ends by means of the rubber coated fiber reinforced layer 4 and the inner surface rubber layer 2. The inner and outer surface rubber layers 2, 3 are prepared by molding sheets from rubber blend similar to conventional rubber pipe made of natural rubber or synthetic rubber, and laminating them.
