Abstract:
To provide ectodermal mesenchymal stem cells and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Provided are a method for producing colony-forming PDGFR-positive cells, comprising a step of selectively recovering PDGFR-positive cells from vertebral bone marrow collected from a subject; a method for producing cells, comprising a step of culturing, on a solid phase, vertebra bone marrow collected from a subject administered with a peptide comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1; a method for producing colony-forming PDGFR-positive cells, comprising a step of selectively collecting PDGFR-positive cells from peripheral blood collected from a subject having a necrotic tissue injury; and a method for producing a cell population, comprising a step of selectively recovering PDGFR-positive and CD34-positive cells from a biological tissue-derived cell population containing mesenchymal stem cells.SELECTED DRAWING: None
