Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eddy current-type heating device that can reduce heat stress which is generated in a heating member even if the heating member is heated to a high temperature and has a high heat recovery efficiency.SOLUTION: A heating device 1 comprises a rotating shaft 3, a cylindrical heating member 4, a plurality of permanent magnets 5, a magnet holding member 6 and a heat recovery mechanism. The rotating shaft 3 is supported on a non-rotating portion rotatably, and the rotating shaft 3 is divided into a first rotating shaft 3A and a second rotating shaft 3B. The first rotating shaft 3A or the second rotating shaft 3B are permitted to move in a shaft direction. The heating member 4 is fixed to the first rotating shaft 3A and the second rotating shaft 3B. The permanent magnets 5 oppose to the heating member 4 at an interval, and arrangements of magnetic poles of the magnets adjacent to each other are different from each other. The magnet holding member 6 holds the permanent magnets 5 and is fastened to the non-rotating portion. The heat recovery mechanism recovers heat generated in the heating member 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
