Abstract:
To provide an eggshell temperature measuring system capable of deriving reliable measured values even by using a non-contact thermometer.SOLUTION: An eggshell temperature measuring system 10 of the present invention comprises a transport device 5, a plurality of non-contact thermometers 1, 2, and 3, and an arithmetic unit 4. The transport device 5 transports an in-hatching egg E housed in a tray T. The non-contact thermometers 1, 2 and 3 are provided away from the in-hatching egg E transported by the transport device 5. The arithmetic unit 4 estimates a true eggshell temperature of one hatching egg E from a plurality of pieces of temperature information of one hatching egg E obtained from the plurality of non-contact thermometers 1, 2, and 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
