Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ejection nozzle head for forming nanofibers capable of avoiding formation of short fibers or particles, ensuring a manufacturing quantity, and reducing diameter with a compact apparatus, and to provide a manufacturing apparatus of nanofibers provided with an ejection nozzle head for forming nanofibers.SOLUTION: An ejection nozzle head 12 for forming nanofibers has: a plurality of polymer material ejection ports 42 for ejecting a polymer material in a molten state with a viscosity lower than a prescribed viscosity; and a single air ejection port 44 for ejecting air heated to a temperature at least higher than a temperature of the polymer material in the molten state at a speed at least higher than a speed of ejection of the polymer material in the molten state in a direction same as the direction of ejecting the polymer material in the molten state. The plurality of polymer material ejection ports 42 are arranged around the single air ejection port 44 on the downstream side in the direction of ejection from the single air ejection port 44 so that a polymer material C in the molten state ejected from each of the plurality of polymer material ejection ports 42 is rolled in a flow of the air ejected from the single air ejection port 44 and is drawn in the direction of ejection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
