Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee electric communication in mutually connected parts of luminescent parts of an EL element having two or more luminescent parts and to prevent generation of an electric short-circuit.
SOLUTION: In this EL element comprising a luminescent part A and a luminescent part B, a soft insulating resin layer 5 is so formed as to prevent cracking of a transparent electrode 2 and a back face electrode 6 in mutually connected parts C of the EL element composed to the luminescent parts A and B. Moreover, a transparent electrode leading out part 9 and a back face electrode leading out part 10 comprising resin binder-containing conductive ink layers are formed as a means for compensating electric communication between respective luminescent layers.
