The elastic ballast track construction confirmation device is attached with a camera to photograph a clearance in the vicinity of the sleeper central part includes a vertical moving mechanism and a rotary mechanism, and is provided with the structure capable of confirming easily the clearance without the worker requiring the waist to be bent. A dimension of the clearance is calculated based on a photographed image, an amount of a filler is determined based on the calculated dimension, and the determined amount of the filler is injected.
