To provide an elastic mat, obtaining a satisfactory effect of reducing fatigue of a standing worker, simple in structure and having excellent convenience.
This elastic mat includes a mat body 10 having a thickness of 5 to 20 mm and elasticity and rectangular in a plan view. A plurality of projections 11 are integrally formed at an array pitch of 10 to 30 mm longitudinally and laterally on the surface of the mat body 10. The projection 11 is set to have a height of 2 to 8 mm and an outside diameter of the base end of 8 to 25 mm. The back of the mat body 10 is provided with a longitudinal back groove 12a and a lateral back groove 12b formed corresponding to the projections 11 in position, and continuously extended in the longitudinally and laterally with both ends thereof opened to the peripheral edge of the mat body 10. The respective back grooves 12a, 12b are set to have a depth of 2 to 10 mm, a width W1 of a lower opening part of 5 to 20 mm, and a width Wh of an upper bottom of 3 to 12 mm.
