Abstract:
To provide an elastic roller with higher thermal insulation performance.SOLUTION: The elastic roller 10 includes a core material 12, an elastic layer 14 formed on an outer periphery of a core material 12, an adhesive layer 16 formed on the outer periphery of the elastic layer 14, a coating layer 18 formed on the outer periphery of the adhesive layer 16. The adhesive layer 16 includes hollow inorganic particles 20. The residual ratio of the hollow inorganic particles 20 in the adhesive layer 16 is 65% or more, and the ratio of an average particle radius of the hollow inorganic particles R (μm) and the inorganic particle thickness T (μm) (R/T) is R/T>12.4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
